The L'Oréal Professionnel Dulcia Advanced Neutraliser is used to permanently condition Dulcia Advanced for permanent waves. A necessary step and product for the use of other products from the Dulcia Advanced range.

Duration of action:
- for emulsion 1-15 min
- for emulsion 2-10 min
Usage:
1. Wash hair with shampoo and dry thoroughly with a towel.
2. Wind the hair on curlers (the winding does not have to be very tight). Apply the emulsion to the curlers only after curling them.
3. Put on disposable gloves and put foil on the curlers.
4. Do not check the curlers during the treatment. After the exposure time has elapsed, rinse your hair for 5 minutes - do not remove the curlers from your hair yet.
5. Dry the hair on curlers with a paper towel.
6. Treat with Dulcia Neutraliser and leave on for 10 minutes.
7. You can then remove the curlers. Gently massage the hair with the fixer.
8. Then wash thoroughly for at least 5 minutes.

Rinse hair thoroughly after application. Use only according to the manufacturer's instructions. If the manufacturer requires an allergy or sensitivity test, perform it within the specified period before using the product. Keep out of reach of children. Store in a dry place away from direct sunlight and heat sources. Do not use the product after the expiration date or if the packaging is damaged.
