American Crew Precision Blend Peroxide – oxidant 15 vol 4.5%. Developing emulsion designed to be mixed with American Crew hair color.
Usage:
Mix color and developer (4.5%) in a Precision Blend bowl in a 1:1 ratio. For 2.5 cm long hair, 20 ml is usually enough.
