Usage:
1. Add a 1:4 ratio to the application bottle.
2. That is, one part neutralizer and four parts warm water.
3. Mix by shaking the closed application bottle.
4. Leave on for 4 minutes while the hair is on the rollers, and for an additional 1 minute after removing the rollers to set the curls.
