Usage:
Preparation for mixing - depending on the desired level of lightening, mix the powdered Blondor Freelights White Lightening Powders with the Freelights 6%, 9% or 12% developer in a ratio of 1:1 - 1:3 (recommended ratio 1:1.5) in a non-metallic bowl. The lower the developer, the gentler the lightening. The duration depends on the condition of the hair and the desired level of blonde shade. The maximum total development time is 50 minutes. Check the progress.
