Experience time:
Without the use of heat - 20 minutes (15 minutes for colored hair/otherwise chemically treated hair).
With the use of heat - 15 minutes (10 minutes for colored hair/otherwise chemically treated hair). If necessary, you can extend the exposure time by 5 minutes.
