Usage:

Mix Topchic Neutralights highlighting color with Topchic Lotion in a ratio of 1:2 (color:lotion). Use Topchic Lotion 9% for 2-3 shades lighter, 12% for 3-4 shades lighter. Apply to selected strands of dry hair. Leave on for 15 minutes on lengths and ends, 20 minutes on roots, 30 minutes on regrowth. Then rinse well from hair.
