Igor Royal Activating Emulsion is used to mix with Igor Royal colors and together with them gives your hair a radiant color, dazzling shine and velvety softness. Creates intense and vivid colors. Extends the durability of the paint. Smoothes and strengthens hair fibers thanks to rich oil components, cares for and nourishes hair
helps cover up to 100% of gray hair.

How to apply:
Activator with a strength of 10 vol. (3% ) is intended for darkening, dyeing white or previously bleached hair.
Activator with a strength of 20 vol. (6%) is used for dyeing white hair, tone-on-tone technique or slight lightening by 1 to 2 tones.
An activator with a strength of 30 vol. (9%) will help you lighten your hair by 2-3 tones and is also used for dyeing with shades of 00.
An activator with a strength of 40 vol. (12%) lightens your hair by 3-5 shades and is ideal in combination with Igora Fashion Lights colors.
