In a non-metallic bowl, mix the paint with the desired concentration of the oxidation developer. Apply the emulsion immediately to dry hair and spread evenly. At the end of the application period, rinse thoroughly with plenty of water until the water is clear. Then use a shampoo and apply a conditioner or mask.
