Usage:

1. Mix Matrix Super Sync Pre-Bonded Glossing Alkaline Demi Toner with Matrix Cream Oxidant in a 1:1 ratio.
2. Leave on for 20 minutes.
3. Apply to dry or 80% blow-dried hair
