Igora Royal 0-00 Neutral Lightening Concealer helps to achieve maximum lightening without unwanted tones.

Usage:
1. Mix in the recommended ratio with oxidizing developer.
2. Apply to dry, unwashed hair.
3. Leave on as directed, usually 30-45 minutes.
4. Rinse thoroughly and continue with aftercare.
