Igora Royal Highlifts Permanent Blonde Cream Hair Colour with innovative TrueLift Complex and Fiber Bond Technology guarantees high-definition colour without warm undertones, true colour results and maximum coverage. The Special Blonde 12- shade range, with enhanced lifting power and a distinctive blend of pigments, provides optimal neutralisation to achieve the perfect light blonde shade. Thanks to the integrated Fiber Bond technology, hair breakage is reduced.
Up to 5 levels of lift, enhanced formula with TrueLift complex, more pronounced colour results, stronger neutralisation for cool blonde and neutral blonde tones, integrated Fiber Bond technology to reduce hair breakage, for hair with base shade 6 to 8.
Usage:
1. Shades of Special blonde 12- mix with developer (Igora Royal Oil Developer) in a 1:2 ratio, use developer at 9% (30 vol) for light lightening or 12% (40 vol) for strong lightening.
2. Leave on for 30-45 minutes.
3. Wash off thoroughly.
