Professional oxidizing developer for hair color Koleston Perfect Me+. Wella Professionals Welloxon Perfect Activating Emulsion is an extra creamy oxidizing cream for all hair types. Wella colours are even more vibrant when using the activating emulsion, the application is more precise and the end result is long lasting. Wella Professionals Welloxon Perfect Activating Emulsion is suitable for use with Wella Koleston Perfect, Blondor or Magma colours. For all shades, it helps even coverage and intensifies the colour tone. The result is a professional colour full of shine and radiance.

Usage:

1. Mix in predetermined ratio with hair dye.
2. Apply with protective gloves. Avoid contact with eyes. Avoid contact with paint or eye protection. Do not use on hair that has been previously dyed with metal-containing dyes. Do not use metal bowls to mix the mixture.
3. Rinse thoroughly.

New Koleston Perfect Me+ colours should only be mixed with this Welloxon Perfect New Pastel Developer. If you use an older type of developer for mixing, we cannot guarantee the same color results, blendability, scalp comfort and other benefits.

In case of contact with eyes, immediately rinse thoroughly with plenty of water and seek medical attention. Do not use on irritated, injured or sensitive skin. Use only according to the manufacturer's instructions and follow the recommended mixing ratios. For use only with designated hair coloring products. Keep out of reach of children. Do not ingest. Store in the original container in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat sources. Do not use the product if the packaging is damaged. If irritation, burning, redness or any other adverse reaction occurs, discontinue use of the product.
